Why Choose Private Yoga?

A traditional yoga class can be great, but it isn't always possible for an instructor to adapt every movement to every person.

Private yoga sessions are limited to three people, allowing your instructor to tailor the class to your needs and provide individual guidance.

1:1 Yoga - 45 min session

£45 (£35 for students)

A private one-to-one session provides the most individualised option.

2:1 - 45 min session

£65 (£50 for students)

Practise with a partner, friend or family member while receiving individual guidance.

Styles & Suitability

Classes are tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Practicing yoga can establish a sense of freedom of movement and serenity in the mind. An emphasis on mindfulness, meditation and breathwork can help to cope with stress, whereas a predominantly physical practice can promote strength and resilience in the body in order to harness a sense of empowerment.

Elements of both variations can be incorporated into the session depending on the student's preferences. Sessions include sound bowl and aroma therapy to channel calm.

Example asana (physical posture) styles:

Yin - passive stretches held for prolonged lengths of time for release and relaxation

Vinyasa - from beginner to intermediate - connect movement to breath in a whole-body flow to find strength and mobility simultaneously

Rocket - an opportunity to explore more advanced postures, from standing balances and arm balances, to inversions such as headstands. A more dynamic practice in which the heart rate increases, but the breath remains slow and controlled.
