REFORMER PILATES
-
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise using a reformer machine to build strength, stability, mobility and control. The resistance can be adjusted to suit your level, making it suitable for beginners as well as more experienced clients.
-
Reformer Pilates is suitable for a wide range of ages, abilities and fitness levels. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning to exercise, looking to build strength or working around an injury, exercises can be adapted to suit you. We also offer support for pre and postnatal clients.
-
Reformer Pilates can help improve full-body strength, core stability, balance, mobility, posture and movement control. It is also a great way to build strength and fitness without placing unnecessary stress on the joints.
-
Classes are small, supportive and taught with a focus on good technique and controlled movement. Your instructor will guide you through each exercise and offer modifications or progressions depending on your experience and ability. You can expect to work hard, learn new movements and leave feeling stronger and more confident.
-
We offer Project Reformer: Foundation for beginners and those wanting to build confidence with the fundamentals, and Project Reformer: Signature for clients with previous reformer experience who want to develop strength, stability and endurance.
