“My passion is getting clients of all ages and abilities stronger and living pain-free and helping incorporate health and fitness into their daily life. Often small changes and new habits can create huge lasting results. I love working together with clients who want to remain active, particularly when change previously seemed so difficult. I think we’ve created a relaxing and welcoming clinic space in the heart of Bruntsfield that doesn’t feel too clinical or Intimidating”.

My Approach

I’m passionate about working with clients of all abilities and backgrounds to bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and peak performance. Whether you’re recovering from a setback or looking to improve your everyday movement, my goal is to help you move without fear and get back to doing what you love.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from dedicated runners and busy office workers to active retirees who want to stay mobile and strong. I take genuine pride in helping clients rebuild their confidence through tailored rehabilitation, set clear and meaningful goals, and achieve them.

No two lifestyles are the same, which is why I focus on practical and realistic solutions. Together, we find ways to build strength, improve mobility and make positive lifestyle changes that fit naturally into your routine.

Ultimately, I want every client to leave the clinic feeling stronger, fitter and more confident in how they move.

Simple Lifestyle Changes

From finding daily mobility & movement routines to learning to move fearlessly - I can help you make small changes than bring lasting results. Setting goals & intentions can bring you closer to where you want to be without being overwhelmed with feeling like “I know I should be…”

Learn to Find Balance

Often clients I meet find the balance between exercise and daily life hard to juggle or find the time. Learning to find the balance is something we can work on together whilst still achieving your goals. Spending 5-10mins each day on mobility movements will always out-perform 1 × 60mins yoga or pilates per week. I help clients just like you understand what your body needs to stay pain-free.

Having an Expert in Your Corner

Many people struggle with accountability, exercise know how and what plan would work best for them. I have over 14 years of experience helping clients work past limiting beliefs, move past chronic injuries and set goals they wouldn’t have otherwise dared to set. Having someone with a background in fitness, Physio & rehab means I can help you achieve your true health & fitness potential.
