Longevity

A 12-week fitness, rehab and nutrition programme for over-60s

Getting older doesn't mean you have to accept becoming weaker, stiffer or less active.

Longevity is a structured 12-week programme designed to help you build strength, improve fitness and balance, look after your joints and develop habits that support healthy ageing.

What is Longevity?

Longevity brings together fitness, rehabilitation and nutrition in a practical programme that you can follow week by week.

You don't need to be a regular gym-goer, and you don't need to spend hours exercising.

Each week includes:

Close-up of wooden Scrabble tiles spelling out 'PLANE' with the letter 'M' tile placed above, on a white background.

The Plan

What you're working on that week and how it fits into the bigger picture.

People working at a white table with laptops, notebooks, and glasses of water, with a vase containing two white calla lilies in the background.

Fitness Science

A straightforward explanation of why you're doing the exercises and what they're designed to improve.

A person wearing Nike running shoes, white socks, and black shorts, performing a squat with a pink resistance band labeled 'HemmaFys' around their thighs. The background features lush green tropical plants.

Rehab & Pain Management

Practical guidance around common aches, pains and movement problems, including how to modify exercises when needed.

Nutrition

One practical area to focus on each week, from protein and fibre to hydration and recovery.

3 Workouts

Choose from bodyweight and chair-based exercises, resistance bands or dumbbells.

The workouts progress gradually as you become stronger and more confident.
