Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No. As a private physiotherapy clinic you can book directly with us, no GP referral required.
What does an assessment cost?
See the pricing section above for session costs, or ask us directly when you book.
Do you accept health insurance?
Tell us your provider on the assessment call and we'll confirm whether we can bill them directly or provide the paperwork you need to claim back. Self-pay patients are welcome either way.
What happens in my first session?
A full movement and pain assessment (around 45 to 60 minutes), so we understand the actual cause of your pain, not just the symptom.
Will treatment hurt?
Some hands-on techniques can feel firm, and it's normal to be a little tender after a session, but treatment is never pushed through sharp pain.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on how long you've had the pain and what's driving it. We'll give you a realistic estimate after your assessment.
